Payment Policy

NXDC is not an online store or checkout website. This website does not sell goods or services through a shopping cart or product catalogue, and it does not initiate card payments on the website.

Card payments are made through the payment link on eligible NXDC invoices, issued through the commercial billing system (Oblio integration), processed securely via NETOPIA Payments.

1. How payment is initiated

• Billing system / invoices: NXDC issues invoices through its commercial billing system (Oblio integration). An eligible invoice may include a card-payment link/button powered by NETOPIA Payments.
• Payment initiation surface: the invoice (and the associated commercial relationship), not this website. The website does not host a checkout, cart, catalogue or card-payment form.
• On this website: no card payment is active on nxdc.ro.

2. Payment methods

• Bank transfer / invoice — a standard NXDC payment method for business customers; details provided on the invoice.
• Card payment via NETOPIA Payments (invoice link) — available on eligible invoices where the NETOPIA/Oblio integration applies. It is not initiated on this website.

3. Currency

The primary/default transaction currency for the Oblio/NETOPIA payment flow is Romanian Lei (RON), excluding VAT. Additional currencies are defined per agreement. NXDC does not publish generic service prices on this website; specific prices, currencies and conditions are set in quotations, proposals, contracts or invoices.

4. Card data and security

Card details are processed by the payment provider (NETOPIA Payments via the Oblio billing integration) and are not stored by NXDC and not handled on this website. No credentials or integration internals are exposed on the website.

5. Refunds

Refunds, where due, are issued to the original payment method in accordance with the Returns, Withdrawal & Refund Policy and applicable law.
