1. What we process

• Contact / enquiry data — name, company, work email, optional phone and message, via the contact form.
• Service / contract data — contact and billing details of business customers, and correspondence.
• Usage analytics (Matomo) — aggregate, privacy-respecting statistics; Matomo respects Do-Not-Track. Loaded only when enabled in deployment configuration.
• Spam-protection data — when reCAPTCHA is enabled, Google reCAPTCHA v3 processes limited data (including IP address) for verification.
• Payment data — if online card payment is enabled through NETOPIA Payments, card data are processed by the provider; NXDC does not store card numbers.

2. Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to enquiries — legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(f) and (b) GDPR).
• Performing a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Legal compliance — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
• Website security and reasonable analytics — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Recipients and processors

Hosting/infrastructure providers; email/SMTP delivery; Matomo; Google (reCAPTCHA); payment providers (e.g., NETOPIA Payments); professional/legal advisors and authorities, as required by law.

4. Retention

We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to comply with legal obligations (e.g., fiscal), in accordance with Art. 5(1)(e) GDPR.

5. Your rights

You may exercise any GDPR right: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. Write to office@nxdc.ro. You may lodge a complaint with the ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).

6. Security and international transfers

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on applicable EU safeguards (adequacy or standard contractual clauses).
